Freddy Badalian

Freddy Badalian has specialized in Tenant and Landlord representation in the medical office and retail sector since 2005.  Before joining illi in 2020, he was a property manager and leasing agent for two prominent private investment firms of medical office and retail buildings. He has the knowledge and experience to professionally advise and represent both sides of a negotiation.  Freddy graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. His hobbies include reading and bodybuilding.
