Santa Monica’s fundamentals remain solid in the long term, with rent pressures easing as landlords prioritize occupancy over rate growth. Expect steady recovery supported by mixed-use development, hospitality traffic, and new concepts filling smaller footprints along Ocean Avenue and Broadway.
