Pilar Molina

Pilar Molina, Senior Property Supervisor, is the Director of Training within the Property Management division, and the subject matter expert on the operational use of our Appfolio software.  Pilar is also Team Lead, providing support to three Property Supervisors, as well as to senior management.

With over 10 years of property management experience including retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, single- and multi-residential property types, Pilar’s goals include increasing NOI through effective collections, tenant retention, tenant conflict resolution, and enhancement with targeted capital improvement projects.

Pilar joined illi with a vast legal background in tenant-landlord disputes, with a high rate of success. When she is not motivating our team, her outside pursuits include Latin dance and stand-up paddle boarding.
