Austin Harrell is a Senior Associate specializing in the leasing of retail and restaurant properties throughout the Greater Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley markets  He has a Master of Public Policy Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Denver.

Austin’s experience includes business consultation, project management, economic analysis, sales, leasing, and finance, including extensive work with public, private, and non-profit organizations.

As a landlord and tenant representative, Austin applies his knowledge of real estate with his extensive business experience to provide his clients with superior service.

Austin is a member of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) and a Representative of their Landlord’s Council.  Additionally, he is an active member of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.
