Claudia is a Senior Accountant at illi Commercial Real Estate, where she oversees the full-cycle accounting for a segment of her assigned commercial real estate portfolio.

Bringing over 12 years of accounting expertise, Claudia’s prior roles include positions at Douglas Emmett, KPMG, CIM Group, CBRE, UCLA, and Pepperdine University. Her career focus has been in real estate accounting, encompassing construction, appraisals, small-scale development, real estate auditing, and retail/commercial property management, all while providing exceptional service.

Claudia holds a master’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and is currently pursuing her CPA license.
