Fabian Munoz

Fabian Munoz joined illi Commercial Real Estate as an Administrative Assistant in 2016 and has rapidly grown in the Property Management Division. Fabian is now a Sr. Property Supervisor and Team Leader supporting and assisting in the training and leadership of multiple Property Supervisors. Fabian is responsible for tenant interaction, including following up on work orders and rent collections, obtaining repair proposals, budgeting, performing property inspections, and assisting with managing vendors and property maintenance/engineering staff.  His efforts to turn around challenged properties have made him invaluable to many illi clients.  Fabian is currently a candidate for the CMCP (Certified Manager for Commercial Properties) designation.

Fabian has an extensive musical background that he credits with skills he can apply to a work setting, including persistence, teamwork, and focused and creative thinking.  In his free time, you will find him on stage performing with his accordion in noted local ensembles.
