Gassia Manouchehri

Prior to joining illi, Gassia started her brokerage career in residential home sales with a focus on high net worth clientele and exclusive properties throughout Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and the Hollywood Hills. In 2017, she joined a commercial real estate team providing brokerage services to investors and developers of industrial, retail properties, multi-residential, and single-family homes throughout Los Angeles County.

As a daughter of immigrant parents, Gassia acquired the value of hard work, integrity, and perseverance which has lead to success in her personal and professional life. She takes great pride in helping clients maximize their profits through investments in commercial real estate and helping create generational wealth for them and their families.

Gassia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge and graduated with the highest award upon completion of her Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California (USC). She is a member of the USC Alumni Association and the USC Alumni Real Estate Network. Gassia is fluent in English and Armenian and conversational in Arabic

Gassia’s faith, family, health, and clients are her priorities. Her interests include pilates, tennis, spending time at the beach, traveling and trying new foods.
