Timelines vary by property type, pricing, and market conditions, but most retail and industrial listings trade or lease within 3 to 9 months. We set a clear pricing and marketing strategy up front, then provide regular updates to keep the process on track.
Multi-party or estate-owned properties require extra coordination — aligning on pricing expectations, keeping all parties informed, and sometimes working through court confirmation or legal counsel. We manage that process directly with all stakeholders so the transaction stays on schedule.
We combine targeted marketing with direct outreach to our network of national, regional, and local businesses, then evaluate prospects on long-term fit and financial stability — not just who offers the highest price or rent.
