James’s career includes working for the United States Treasury as an IRS Revenue Agent and Field Examiner with expertise in real estate investment, Real Estate Resource Group as a Senior Consultant and Lease Analyst where he audited over 500 million square feet of commercial real estate for Fortune 100 companies, Kajima Urban Development, Shorenstein Company, Investment Development Services, and Tishman Real Estate and Construction Management.

James has an MBA from University of California Irvine, a BS from California State University Northridge, and a Professional Designation Real Estate Investment from UCLA. James is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and a CA Real Estate Broker.
