Julia Feng

Julia Feng is a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales and leasing. She joined illi Commercial Real Estate after relocating from Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was a top-performing broker for over a decade.

As the daughter of a property developer, Julia was exposed to the real estate industry from an early age. Her education, life experience, extensive market knowledge, and analytical skills equip her to navigate complex deals effectively to deliver the highest level of advisory services.

Julia holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV and is an alumnus of USC, where she majored in Real Estate Development. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR-CRE), and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Julia is committed to continuous learning and development while staying informed about market trends and best practices.

In her free time, Julia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, networking within the real estate community, practicing Pilates, and traveling.
