Kim Simons take’s special pride in helping non-institutional real estate owners grow their portfolio. She works diligently to increase the income and value of their assets by replacing and filling vacancies with qualified, stable tenants.
A review of Kim’s community involvement demonstrates her commitment and dedication to Los Angeles and Ventura County. She has served on the Finance Committee of the Los Angeles Business Council and assisted in the programming and recruiting for the Leadership LA Program. She is past-president of the Kiwanis Club of Moorpark. Kim also served on the Board of Directors of the Moorpark Foundation of the Arts and the Board of Toastmasters having received numerous awards. Kim was a former board member of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce and the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. She was also appointed the Arts Commission for the City of Moorpark.
Kim is a graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
