Liam specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties throughout Southern California, with an emphasis in the South Bay area. Liam joined illi Commercial Real Estate in 2025 after graduating from the University of Oregon, where he studied Political Science and Legal Studies. He worked with NewMark Merrill Companies as an Acquisitions Intern, gaining firsthand exposure to property evaluation, underwriting, and the deal-making process. This experience strengthened his ability to analyze opportunities and approach transactions from an investment-minded perspective. Liam is an avid beach volleyball player, bringing the same energy, teamwork, and dedication from the sand to his professional work.
