Mike Keurjian

Mike Keurjian joined illi in October 2022, bringing over 30 years of acquired skill in all areas of property, asset, and portfolio management for such industry leaders as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, and Douglas Emmett.  He has overseen all property management activities in office, retail, and industrial projects from acquisition to disposition, with a special focus on capital improvements and leasing strategies that add value to the asset.  Mike has extensive experience in property operations, including lease enforcement, tenant relations, and negotiation and implementation of service contracts and personnel.

As General Manager of the Sherman Oaks Galleria at the time of its major conversion from a typical, anchored retail center to a lifestyle mixed-use site, Mike was intimately involved during the planning, construction, leasing, and re-opening of the 350,000 sq. ft. retail/lifestyle component with theaters, shops, and restaurants, as well as the 700,000 sq. ft. of office space at a total redevelopment cost of $150M.  Mike has continued to leverage that knowledge for large and small renovations, from conceptual design through project management.   He was invited to join illi as a resource to our clients seeking higher valuations through strategic planning.
