Sandra J. Sigman, RPA

Sandra J. Sigman, RPA joined illi Commercial Real Estate as Director of Property Management in 2019.  As Director, she works with the property supervisors and accounting team to ensure excellence in property management across a spectrum of commercial assets.   Sandra brings over 30 years of expertise in commercial real estate management, specializing in driving value for retail assets. 

Sandra spent 9 years with Madison Marquette Retail Services, rising to Director of Management Services for the firm’s institutional investors in the Western United States.  Focused on team building and best practices in commercial real estate operations, she led on-site management for regional malls as well as neighborhood centers.  Following Madison Marquette, Sandra took a portfolio of properties owned by BlackRock to form a retail practice as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield of California.  Following the economic downturn of 2008, the C&W team worked with banks, special servicers, and receivers to enhance the value of distressed assets and provide the maximum return to portfolio lenders.   

In 2014, Sandra turned a sense of adventure to the challenge of opening and running a Class A high-rise office building in Ankara, Turkey for the Dolphin Overseas Fund.  Working with local cultural norms and an international slate of tenants, as well as Turkish legal and accounting practices provided insight into the global nature of the real estate markets.

Sandra is an avid hiker and supporter of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and the Child and Family Guidance Center.  She remains affiliated with BSA Troop 22 in Woodland Hills, California, where she served as High Adventure Coordinator for several years.
