Aricka Johnson began her real estate career in 2015 working for a private investor in Los Angeles. She later joined a publicly-traded REIT firm where she assisted senior executives and supported their retail leasing group focusing primarily on tenant relations.
Aricka combines a strong work ethic with her effective negotiating skills to provide tenants and landlords with seamless transactions and positive results. Her problem-solving skills and attention to detail are additional qualities that contribute to her success.
Outside of her passion for commercial real estate, Aricka dedicates her time to her hobbies which include reading, hiking, yoga, researching vegan recipes, and discovering trendy restaurants in LA.
