Brendan is an experienced leasing specialist in the office, medical, and retail sectors.  He entered the real estate industry in 2009 after obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in financial services from San Diego State University. Brendan’s experience includes asset management for notable companies such as Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He has worked with an expansive group of tenants including Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, California DMV, Vallarta Supermarkets, Taco Bell, and LA County Department of Mental Health and Public Health Services.

Throughout Brendan’s career, he has a proven track record of upholding a “relationship first” approach. His engagement in brokerage transactions exceeding $100MM and leasing activity generating revenues over $10MM has equipped him with the tools and industry knowledge to navigate complex negotiations and add measurable value for his clients. Whether representing the Owner or the tenant, Brendan delivers results and has consistently filled vacancies with qualified tenants who bring value to the properties. 

Brendan is married with three children and resides in the Santa Clarita Valley where he was born and raised.
