Ethan Grabel

Ethan Grabel is a medical leasing specialist.  He earned his BA and MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Los Angeles.  Ethan played his education and his experience as an assistant to the Managing Director of a private equity medical buildings investor to a knowledgeable advisor in the medical leasing sector.  Ethan’s understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of a landlord and tenant has equipped him to effectively negotiate win/win lease negotiations.

Ethan was Vice President of Clearview Realty Finance before shifting his career path to real estate brokerage. At Clearview, he was responsible for business development and oversaw internet, technology, and new services implementation. 

Ethan speaks Spanish fluently.  His interests include yoga (certified instructor); wrestling & lacrosse (competed for seven years); stock investing with an emphasis on option trading; scuba diving (certified scuba diver); architecture, photography, and 3D printing.
