Jake Jacobsson

Jake Jacobsson specializes in retail leasing as a Landlord and Tenant representative. Her background in customer service in the automotive and home improvement industries created the foundation for her to make the successful transition into real estate. Jake has mastered the art of negotiation and is dedicated to delivering her clients with the highest level of satisfaction and superior results. 

Jake earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Communications at the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Her thirst for knowledge and experience is in her DNA. Jake’s accolades include Rookie of the Year, Top Sales Person, and Best Close Rate to name a few of her recognized accomplishments in client representation. 

Most important to Jake is her community involvement. For years she has been a Member of the Ascension Lutheran Church Choir, an Instructor of the Youth Group Mission Trip, and a Foster Parent in association with the Department of Child and Family Services in Los Angeles. Character matters and whether it is in her personal or professional life, she continues to earn the trust and respect of her clients, friends, business associates, and the community.
